Delivery:

All the product we sell are in stock and available for immediate shipment direct to you.

Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day and send Royal Mail, Hermes or Yodel.

Shipping cost its £2.99, If your order total is £50 or more, your order ships FREE!

If you need your parcel the next day then please order by 12 noon and select Next Day Tracked £5.99 as your shipping method at checkout and your order will be sent fully tracked by either Yodel Next Day or Royal Mail 24. Next day service is not guaranteed by Yodel or Royal Mail as delays out of their control can happen.

International postage: we offer international shipping , but the postage price depends on the weight of the parcel (please contact us before making an order)

Returns:

We check every item before we send it out to ensure every item sent to you is in perfect condition.

However, if you are not happy with your product and you wish to return or exchange it, please contact us before sending orders back to us .

Email us at info@toponedeals.co.uk informing us of the return

and please write a reason for your return or exchange. 

Customers may return only unused goods within 14 days. Delivery or postage costs will not be refunded.

Faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded and postage will be reimbursed. 

if you wish to exchange an item shipping will be charged again to post the item back to you.
